Congratulations to her and her family! I know they'll be great doggy parents and be helping save the life of a furry friend. Contact your local shelter or rescue groups if you are interested in fostering a cat or dog. Rescue groups are always desperate for foster parents. Be prepared to fill out applications and potentially have a home visit before being accepted as a foster parent, rescues want to make sure they get the right people to foster. A fenced yard is usually a must have for rescue groups. If you are not able to foster then donations of food, litter, blankets, and money are always needed.
