Ulcers to the eye, or corneal ulcers, are painful but easy to treat.


A corneal ulcer is a hole in the first layer of the eye. Dogs and cats with corneal ulcers might squint and paw at the affected eye. If you think your pet might have a corneal ulcer don't wait, make an appointment with your veterinarian immediately.
