The new year is here and it is time to make New Years resolutions. When I make New Years resolutions I like to make them in the form of goals. The difference is a goal is something you can measure.
When making your New Years resolutions or goals don't forget to include your pets. Make a goal to walk the dog everyday or play with the family cat every evening. New years goals that include exercise can benefit both you and your dog, for example you could take Fido for a walk or jog in the park.
Make a New Years goal to spend more time with your pets, they'll be healthier for it and you'll both be happier.
